Refund & Return Policy

We want every Mantlebloom arrangement to look right in your space. If a piece doesn't fit the mantle, console, or shelf you bought it for, you have 30 days from the delivery date to start a return.

What qualifies for a return

  • The arrangement is in its original vessel, with all original stems intact.
  • It has not been re-trimmed, re-glued, sprayed, or otherwise modified.
  • It has been kept dry and out of direct sun (preserved florals fade or weaken if exposed).
  • You have the original packaging, or comparable rigid packaging, to ship it back without crushing the stems.

What we can't accept back

  • Pieces that have been disassembled, cut down, or re-arranged.
  • Pieces showing water damage, sun bleaching, or pet damage.
  • Custom-color or custom-footprint Mantle Trio orders — these are final sale.
  • Gift cards.

How to start a return

  1. Email support@modastylellc.shop with your order number and a photo of the piece in its current condition.
  2. We'll reply within 1 business day with a return label and packing notes (preserved stems need careful repacking — we'll walk you through it).
  3. Pack the arrangement upright in its original box if possible, with the vessel cushioned and the stems padded so nothing shifts in transit.
  4. Drop it at the carrier indicated on the label.

Refunds

Once your return arrives at our workshop, we inspect it within 3 business days. If the stems and vessel are intact, we issue a refund to the original payment method for the product price. Refunds typically post within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

Original shipping is non-refundable unless the piece arrived damaged or we shipped the wrong item. Return shipping is free for damaged or incorrect orders, and $9 (deducted from the refund) for change-of-mind returns.

Damaged in transit

Preserved florals are sturdier than fresh, but stems can still shift in a rough shipment. If your arrangement arrives with broken or crushed stems, email us within 7 days with photos of the box and the piece — we'll replace or refund at no cost, no return shipment needed.

Exchanges

To swap for a different arrangement or size, start a return and place a new order. This is faster than a direct exchange and gets the new piece to you sooner.
