Shipping Policy

Every Mantlebloom piece is hand-built and pre-arranged before it leaves our workshop, then packed upright so the stems arrive the way we set them.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding US holidays). Larger pieces — Hearth Bough and Mantle Trio — are checked, re-fluffed and re-packed by hand the same day they ship.

You'll get a confirmation email at order placement and a separate shipping notice with tracking once your package is on its way.

US shipping rates & times

Standard (3–7 business days): $7 flat
Free standard shipping on US orders over $40
Expedited (2–3 business days): calculated at checkout

Delivery windows are estimates from the carrier and start from the ship date, not the order date. Remote ZIPs and Alaska/Hawaii can add 1–3 business days.

International shipping

We currently ship within the United States only. We're working on Canada — sign up to the newsletter if you want a note when it goes live.

Packaging

Arrangements ship in a rigid double-walled box with the vessel cushioned at the base and the stems padded above so nothing shifts. Dried stem bundles ship flat in a long tube to protect the tips. Save the original packaging if you think you may return the piece.

Tracking & delivery

Use the tracking link in your shipping email. If tracking stalls for more than 3 business days, or the package is marked delivered but you don't see it, email support@modastylellc.shop with your order number and we'll open a carrier trace.

Damaged or missing

Inspect your package within 7 days of delivery. If a stem is broken or the vessel cracked, email us photos of the box and the piece — we replace or refund at no cost. See our Refund Policy for full details.

Address changes

If you spot a typo or need to redirect the package, email us within 2 hours of ordering. Once the box is packed and labeled we usually can't reroute it.
