Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of the Mantlebloom website and your purchase of our preserved floral arrangements and dried stem bundles. By placing an order or browsing the site, you agree to what's below.

Product nature & expectations

Mantlebloom pieces are made from real grown botanicals — roses, eucalyptus, ruscus, pampas, lagurus, wheat and similar species — preserved with glycerin or air-dry methods. Because every stem is grown rather than manufactured:

Slight variation is normal. Stem length, petal count, leaf shape and color tone will vary piece to piece. Product photos show a representative arrangement, not an exact replica.
Color hold is care-dependent. Kept dry, away from direct sun and out of high humidity, preserved florals typically hold color for a year or more. Direct sunlight, damp rooms, or outdoor placement will shorten this. We do not guarantee an exact lifespan.
Preserved stems are not edible and are not intended as food, garnish, tea or wellness products. Keep out of reach of children and pets who may chew them.
No medical, allergy or air-quality claims. Our pieces are decorative.

Care responsibility

Care instructions ship with every order and are linked in your confirmation email. Follow them — handling, watering (don't), trimming or modifying a piece can void return eligibility under our Refund Policy.

Orders & payment

Placing an order is an offer to purchase; we accept by sending an order confirmation and shipping the goods. We reserve the right to cancel an order if a product is out of stock, mispriced, or appears fraudulent — in which case we issue a full refund to the original payment method.

Prices are in US dollars and exclude any applicable sales tax, which is calculated at checkout.

Bundle pricing

Where a bundle (e.g. Mantle Trio) is offered at a discount, the savings reflect the difference between the bundle price and the sum of buying the pieces individually at their current list prices.

Intellectual property

Site content — product photography, copy, brand name and logo — is owned by Mantlebloom. Don't republish or use it commercially without written permission. Personal sharing (a photo of your mantle on social) is welcome and encouraged.

Privacy

We collect only the information needed to fulfill your order and send the emails you opt into. We don't sell customer data. See our Privacy Policy for the full breakdown.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Mantlebloom's liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the price you paid for it. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses (e.g. a piece not matching a room as you imagined).
